Onsite Computer Services: $120 for the first hour, $100 for subsequent hours.

We don’t charge any extra travel or callout fees – that’s covered with the extra $20 in the first hour. Minimum charge is 1 hour or $120.

Remote Computer Services: Rates: $90 per hour charged in 30 minute blocks

The minimum charge here would be $45 for the half hour.

Back to Base Computer Services: $90 per hour charged in 30 minute blocks

Again, the $45 half hour charge is the only minimum though you will be charged for picking up and dropping off the computer – which is why it’s only used for longer jobs. Some clients like to drop off and pick up the computers themselves.

After Hours or Emergency Work: 2 hour minimum charge

Maintenance Contracts: Optional

Negotiated to reduce costs on regularly scheduled work.
